They sent the guy Joban Sandhu to install the Livpure RO. He drilled the wall so deep and broke the pipe and didn’t tell me what happened and sneakingly left . After 20 mins it was water leaking all over . He is very foolish guy who was not using his mind that he needs to be careful while drilling. It’s nightmare to see water coming out of the walls and spreading in whole building. I called Priyanka, and she was not taking the responsibility but blaming me that it’s my fault. Even livepure company unable to do anything at all. Avoid them to save your house or else they will make a mess. They’re not professionals. They won’t respond after making the mess. I was planning to file police complaint because it was so serious issue and above all their bad attitude. They seems uneducated people without any common sense and courtesy. They’re like thieves who broke into the house and after making a mess ,ran away.
Horrible experience! We got our AC serviced recently and the guy who came was extremely unprofessional. He even broke the walls while fitting back the AC. Left the area uncleaned and on asking, used foul language. On complain, no support was provided.
GOOGLE MUST RELEASE AN OPTION TO GIVE -VE RATINGS FOR THESE KIND OF PEOPLE They are the highest level of unprofessionals when it comes to installing, repairing, or buying any AC or other appliance from them. I bought a BlueStar AC last year, and people from Phour appliances were assigned for installation. Initially, they sent untrained staff, who didn't know how to drill. Then another guy came, who destroyed my AC's gas pipe. Now, even after continuous follow-up for the last 8 MONTHS (you read that right, 8 months), they haven't been able to fix the AC. I am continuously demanding replacement of the AC, and they have rejected my request. They are fooling me by refilling the gas until it goes out of warranty. Highly pathetic and unprofessional.
