We met Saptarshi just two days before the wedding. We travelled from US and managing everything ourselves in Kolkata was a nightmare. But when we met him at 7th Heaven’s office, Saptarshi bought a calm to our storm. Though time was very less and he gave a clear presentation on what can be arranged in the short time and he was very clear and detailed. He didn’t waste time and was very professional, meticulous in planning. He kept following up with us for each and every small detail. I can’t thank him and Priya enough, for not only arranging everything they promised but handling chaos with calmness. We never imagined our wedding planning would be in such good hands. They made every guest feel connected to the wedding ceremony and delivered a dream wedding for us in such a short time. They let us fully enjoy our special day and giving memories of a lifetime. I recommend 7th Heaven to everyone who wants to plan a special event without stress and chaos.

I had a very disappointing experience when I contacted this wedding planner to inquire about planning my brother’s wedding. I called simply to ask for a quote and had barely started explaining the details. The only thing I had mentioned so far was that the guest list would be around 25 people. Before I could even explain the type of event we were looking for, she interrupted me and immediately said they only do “premium” weddings and questioned whether I would be ready to spend that kind of money for just 25 people. It felt like she made assumptions about my budget and intentions without even letting me finish my sentence. Ironically, what I was actually trying to explain was that we were specifically looking for a smaller guest list with higher-end details, not a large-scale event. But I never even got the chance to clarify because the conversation was cut short. What disappointed me the most was the tone and the lack of basic professionalism. Instead of asking questions or understanding the client’s needs, the call ended abruptly after she dismissed the inquiry. A wedding planner’s job should start with listening to the client. Unfortunately, this interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Based on this experience, I would not recommend reaching out if you expect a respectful and open conversation.
